Ryan has practised yoga for over 5 years & is qualified with Yoga Alliance in Absolute Hot Yoga where he trained in Koh Samui Thailand.
He has travelled to Patnem India where he studied Kranti Yoga on a Ahstanga/Vinyasa based course. Ryan also now teaches and studies all experienced styles of yoga including Sivinanda, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Jivamukti, Yin, Kundalini and Vinyasa flow, all of which have influenced his own practice over the years and will continue to do so as his yoga journey evolves.

Nikki's Yoga classes are designed to lengthen & strength the muscles, mobilise the joints & motivate the mind! Nikki sets her yoga choreography to music & incorporates a fusion of different yoga styles, blended with an element of classical Indian & modern dance technique & alignment.
She is also a Yoga Alliance & British Wheel of Yoga Teacher. Her classes are very inclusive, and gives lots of direction to beginners and those with injuries or medical conditions, including plenty of options for well practised yogi’s too.
No one is left out & everyone is welcome.
